Responsible for contractual negotiations and on-boarding of global distributors such as Amazon Flipkart and Sharaf DG (MENA). Experienced in M&A. I have raised debt funding pre-series A investments for start ups. As a strategic advisor for start-ups I created financial and business models advised on company structuring and valuation. Operational experience in building a global team from 40 members to over 250. Established operations in US UAE and Armenia. I was responsible for setting up global finance accounting and payroll processes to enable seamless scaling of the business.
