Skilled in Program, Operations & Sales, P&L Management, Franchise Management, Customer Experience, Strategic and Operational planning & execution and having pursued PGP Pro from ISB & PGDM from IMT Nagpur, I am currently heading operations for one of the most thrilling startup - Thrillophilia. Started my career as a Management Trainee with Aditya Birla Retail Ltd and successfully completed my stint at Pune, Kerala and Tamil Nadu to finally take over the Cluster Operations Manager Role for the brand More Supermarket, Chennai. I had immense learnings during the tenure and handled typical retail situations. The most important accomplishment being converting LMS into Profitable stores and improving cluster EBITDA. After an exciting stint with ABRL, I worked with the leading Eye Wear brand in India - Lenskart. The journey started in Tamil Nadu and enhanced to managing Pune, ROM & Goa region. One key learning and deliverable has been NPS and proud to admit, customer experience delivery has been consistently better. Post Lenskart, I joined Ola for the financial arm OFS, and lead the Sales & Operations for Postpaid Plus(a premium BNPL product from OLA). In addition to it, I also took over responsibility to manage KYC and collection dispute resolution. Having stabilized these processes, I became a part of the Asset finance team, primarily Ola EV financing and set up the entire Operations process for digital loan processing. My Last stint was with Blinkit which was a rather short one where the key project I worked on was wastage reduction and thereby improving profit per order.
