Over the past few years, I’ve built hands-on experience across content operations, writing, strategy, design, and analysis, with a strong foundation in systems thinking and structured problem-solving from my engineering background. Currently, I’m diving deep into UX design, learning how to craft user-centered experiences that are not only intuitive but also backed by content that communicates clearly and purposefully.
