About Ashwini Gowda

I’ve learned over time that engineering is not just about systems, but about the people behind them.Over the last 12+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with global aerospace leaders like Boeing and Airbus, and today, I lead Engineering Services at Lufthansa Technik Services India. My approach to leadership has been shaped by experience and constant learning: people first, process second, performance always. What drives me is helping people grow, whether it’s mentoring engineers, enabling career pivots, or building teams that feel seen, supported, and challenged. I take pride in creating spaces where talent thrives. In parallel, I founded Airytails, aimed at democratizing aerospace education in India. We’ve reached thousands of students, collaborated with industry giants, and sparked early dreams in classrooms that had never heard of aviation careers.I also had the honor of taking the TEDx stage to speak about personal resilience—and what it means to lead from your breaking points.Today, I continue to blend engineering strategy with people development, pushing for excellence in every project while championing the human side of leadership. If you're someone who believes in building with heart, leading with intent, and growing with purpose, let’s connect.
