Currently leading programs, operations and educator development for a Bengaluru-based for-profit enterprise imparting values, life skills and socio-emotional learning in children. Spearheading business and training verticals focusing on scalable models for character education in private schools. Led the virtual programs to scale in other countries through the B2C model and partnership. Holds a proven record of working, negotiating and investing diverse stakeholders from parents & communities to CSR, non-profits, government officials and teachers. Skilled in curriculum development, coaching, training, facilitation, vision & goal setting, project management, program management, people management and data analysis, carries the values of commitment, integrity, passion, trust, culture, balance love, joy and continuous learning in everything. Passionate about enabling and empowering people and teams to be and give their best to create impact by delivering and supporting an excellent and equitable education for all children. I believe that every individual by nature holds good intent and great potential. I want to be in roles that can facilitate and enable unleashing of the same for them. Currently exploring and innovating ways and programs to bring socio-emotional learning and character education into the mainstream education system by working and building capacity in organizations, schools, educators and school teachers.
