About Asi Klein

Asi leads digital transformation programs for manufacturing clients with an emphasis on the “people & organization” side of the effort. His leadership experience includes global transformations that affect professionals in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Aftermarket, and Information Technology. Known for enhancing individual and team performance, Asi is passionate about guiding leaders and their organizations through periods of transition. He has addressed complex organization and talent challenges for his clients resulting from cost overruns, eroding margins, talent shortages, increased competition, and customer satisfaction. Asi has helped his clients achieve hard dollar cost savings and increased capacity through organization design. He has improved productivity, engagement, and collaboration through culture change, learning design and delivery, and leadership development. Most recently Asi has been leading efforts to define and unleash the “Future of Work” in Engineering and Manufacturing & Operations as a result of Digital Thread transformations: re-architecting the work to drive value-add activities, identifying next-gen skills for critical business roles, and building a future-ready workforce. Asi graduated from Columbia University, Teachers College where he earned an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology and completed a certification in Organizational & Executive Coaching in partnership with Columbia Business School.
