Additionally, I am tasked with the oversight, control, and monitoring of budgetary allocations within Decommissioning Services, ensuring alignment with the organizational business plan and the maintenance of cost control within predetermined budgetary confines. In the realm of Human Resources (HR), I am actively involved in the implementation and management of policies and systems designed to regulate personnel attendance and performance within Decommissioning Services. This multifaceted role demands a comprehensive approach to project and personnel management, harmonizing operational aspects with regulatory compliance and strategic business objectives. Qualification obtained: Honours Degree in Energy leadership/ Management at Wits University. B-Tech in Chemical Engineering, B-Tech in Quality from University of Johannesburg, National Diploma in Public Administration. I am holding certificate in understanding Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 & ,Certificate in Internal Auditing management system based on ISO19011 from SABS,SAMTRAC,Incident Investigation,ICAM certificate,Certificate in Radiation Protection Officer.
