I have over 34 years of experience in IT industry specialising in Healthcare IT and ERP implementation in Pakistan and USA corporate sectors, out of which 20 years in developing and multiple implemention cycles of Healthcare IT and ERPs, 10 years implementing Telecom IT solution and Complex financial systems, vast experience in process reengineeing and software audits. Head IT and Consultant for multiple healthcare institutions for implementation and management of specialized healthcare solutions. Lead technologist for over locations of Utility Stores Corporation for PoS systems across Pakistan. Director and technical lead for Data center installations for clients like Telenor, PTCL and other small data centers. Director Implementation for Multi million dollars large-scale IT project such as PTCL Billing and Customer care solution that comprises of state-of-the-art software billing system, Call centers & Data Centers, billing systems and training for employees. Objectives are to contribute to the formulation of the company’s business and digital-based strategies. To proactively involve in advising the senior management group on the emerging technologies and digital trends which are relevant to the company’s goals and needs. To assess and determine the parameters of the company’s capital investments; identifies the priorities and risks of enterprise-wide IT initiatives for the purpose of maximizing ROI. To lead the analysis of complex business needs as presented by the user community; recommend the correct technical solution.
