About Asif Ratul

I have over five years of experience in digital financial services and banking, where I developed and applied my skills in business analytics, process reengineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems with a focus on business analytics at the University of Arkansas, where I also work as a Graduate Assistant. As a graduate assistant, I conduct data assimilation and analysis for research and publication projects in various domains, such as information security, online learning, and e-commerce. I use tools and techniques such as SAP, visualization, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver high-quality results and insights. Previously, I was a manager at Eastern Bank Limited, where I led and supervised several projects and portfolios related to analytics, automation, compliance, and training and achieved 18% year-on-year growth. I am passionate about helping organizations optimize their processes, enhance their performance, and achieve their goals through data and technology.
