Currently a Portfolio Manager under Mid Market segment for BMO Commercial Banking and performing credit analysis and underwriting of commercial lending applications. I support two senior relationship managers with all new money and annual review applications as well as manage a lending portfolio. Before my current role, I was a Credit Analyst under Small and Medium Enterprise Segment and performed credit analysis and underwriting of $25 million of new money applications. I was awarded Annual Best of the Best Award for 2022 for outstanding performance nationally. I have also been awarded multiple quarterly achiever awards in 2022 and 2023. I held two leadership roles as a Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager for BMO Bank of Montreal where I focused on the day to day sales, operations, profits, productivity and Compliance audits. In these roles I lead, coached and trained my team members to deliver exceptional service for strong business results. I also have worked in Retail Banking as Financial Services Manager for 3 years and demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills by exceeding expectations by over 150% in these three years and being in the list of national top 20 FSMs. I was awarded quarterly achiever award several time during these years. I also coached and lead our support team to develop and identify sales opportunities. I’m truly passionate about my work and enjoy all aspects of my job; I think my favorite part is to be able to contribute on success and celebrate together.
