I am in construction industry for over 32+ year and earned a reach experience in project management and project administration in almost all kinds of projects like Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects including High Rise Buildings and infrastructure projects. In 32+ years of experience, I have successfully developed and maintained business and relations in the market. I have extensive experience with both consultants and contractors in Building Services system’s design, construction, operations, and maintenance. I had started my carrier back in Pakistan as consultant (Sep 1991) and was involved in Detailed designing & drawings, cost estimation, analysis of power utilization, report writing, specification and tender preparation, scrutiny and analysis of bids, approval of shop drawings and material, and methods of manufacturing and automation of HVAC System. I came to the UAE in June 1997, and since then I have been involved in the construction industry and dealt in Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and infrastructure projects.
