About Asish Mandoi

Over the past two years as a Software Engineer at Cloud Software Group (formerly Citrix Systems), I have contributed to delivering cloud solutions at scale while developing expertise in networking and systems programming—core components of the engineering work here.I graduated with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2023, where I dedicated significant academic commitments to modern subjects like Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Convex Optimization, Quantum Optics, among others.I am deeply fascinated by post-Moore technologies—architectures capable of performing computations fundamentally differently from and beyond the reach of classical computers. Through my prior academic and professional engagements, I have explored novel hardware architectures that fall under the category of Ising Machines for solving optimization problems. Specifically, I've employed quantum annealing approaches to solve Vehicle Routing. My final-year project focused on using artificial neural network-based neuromorphic systems to solve a class of NP-hard problems.I continue to explore exciting domains in science and engineering, particularly technologies that have the potential to transform how we live. If you believe I might be a good fit for a role at your organization, or if any of my work interests you, I'd love to connect.
