I am an experienced and decisive Telecom Sales Leader offering over 23 years of expertise in spearheading the sales strategy and the tactical execution plan to achieve overall sales revenue objectives and operational excellence across ISP/Telecom/Data & Voice sectors specially in Enterprise and 4G Data. All my career, I have been successful in maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. I have led the execution of business development strategy and plans across multiple verticals and have acted as a proactive leader and planner with cross-functional expertise in handling corporate clients, selling Telecom products/services & key account management. Also, I focus on creating and maintaining CXO level relationships and analyse business opportunities. My USP lies in developing new business opportunities, supporting strategic planning and positioning for business growth, developing engagement strategies working with clients, internal organizations, and external partners, working closely with customers to understand strategic initiatives and develop sustainable solutions, and expanding opportunities into untapped product portfolios and develops sales propositions. As the Enterprise Sales Leader, I take pride in building strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the accounts, driving revenue enhancement in the accounts (both Data and Voice) though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue, augmenting solution selling, and driving new product penetration in emerging markets. I closely co-ordinate with the cross functional teams to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.
