About Aslam Ebrahim

My work has mainly been start-ups, of which I have spent considerable time in Apparel Industry ( about 12 years as a technologist/ head of small business) followed by setting up and running the indian operation of US based world class educational software org as Director and CEO(6 years). Besides that, I have had a substantial exposure to Project Management, Trading /Manufacturing and Logistics, in other industries such as aluminum, glass, air-conditioning, construction raw materials et al, while working in KSA and UAE, on contractual basis. While working as above, I kept in touch with my hobby which is learning and doing things into food and nutrition. I have a parallel experience of about 18 years associated in many ways with food business, including 10 years in running a successful QSR called 'Bellpepper" in Thane. Since 2007, I engaged myself full time into my avocation, that of being a food processor / technologist, and a restaurateur. Currently I am looking forward to launch and scale up QSR businesses and /or manage existing projects and businesses preferably in the food processing sector – including MANUFACTURING, QSR CHAINS, FOOD PROCESSING COMPANIES, SMES / LARGE BAKERlES/DELIS.
