With a strong foundation in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Construction Project Management, I hold two postgraduate diplomas from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with a CGPA of 8.9/10. My passion lies in the intersection of technology and construction, where I continuously explore ways to enhance project efficiency and collaboration. Throughout my academic journey, I have excelled in project scheduling, estimation, drafting, and structural analysis, earning a President’s Honour Roll award for my academic achievements. I have two years of experience in the construction industry, working in project coordination, drafting, and estimation. As an Assistant Project Coordinator at Archaic Design Studio, I played a key role in planning, scheduling, and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution from design to site coordination. My experience as a Drafting Technician at Thomar Interiors honed my technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling, while my time as an Estimator Intern at Western Engineers strengthened my abilities in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation. Additionally, I have been involved in capstone projects focused on energy analysis, precast building scheduling, and cost estimation, further refining my expertise in construction methodologies, Ontario Building Code compliance, and material quantification. Looking ahead, I aim to advance my career in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Construction. I am particularly interested in integrating technology-driven solutions such as 4D/5D simulation, parametric design, and automation to optimize project workflows. My goal is to contribute to innovative and sustainable construction projects, leveraging my skills in BIM coordination, project planning, and cost control.
