I am a capable and experienced IT Technician who is good at fixing problems and issues with hardware and software in Offices and advising on what Hardware and Software is required for certain uses. I am even capable of setting up whole networks. Along with that I even have quite some experience dealing with different customers and have taken quite some training sessions at different companies a couple of qualities which are encapsulated by my attitude towards the customer are, Friendliness, Flexibility, Sympathetic, and Understanding of the customer's problems.
