Hi, my name is Asma Ashraf. I have recently completed my master's in Sociology from IGNOU, achieving a 1st division. My studies in Sociology have broadened my perspectives and deepened my understanding of various subjects, including the Indian economy, social problems in India, and more. I am currently employed at Webhelp, India, where I have advanced from a customer representative to a Floor-Walker or Subject Matter Expert (SME). My previous roles include working as a Customer Service Executive for Paytm and Flipkart and as a Customer Service Specialist for Tech Mahindra. I am fluent in English and Hindi, with basic proficiency in Urdu and Bengali. In addition to my formal education, I hold a bachelor's degree in Library Science and have developed skills in video editing and content writing. I have managed and created content for my father's YouTube channel and handled related social media accounts. I have also engaged in freelance work, taking on various projects for friends, family, and relatives. My passion for learning extends to reading, and I have read 25 books as of August 2022. I am also involved in community service, working with an NGO to empower minority women by teaching them skills like stitching and English. I am seeking a role that leverages my communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, allowing me to apply my theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
