For every child, I demonstrate…my all commitment, devotion, and integrity to help children in realizing their basic rights and protecting them from all child rights’ violations. With master’s degree in ‘Health Economics & Management’, over 20 years of professional experience, I demonstrate seven years exclusive experience of undertaking research and evaluations of Child Rights, WASH, Health, Disaster Management, and other Development Sector Programmes by various UN Agencies. My evaluation portfolio spans over a range of National Scale Development and Humanitarian Programmes in South Asia, South East Asia and Sub-Saharan (West) Africa with practical working experience in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Jordan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Nigeria. My proven experience of the application of various evaluation designs and approaches, using both the Qualitative & Quantitative research methods and tools, has enabled me to complete over 15 Evaluations, 05 national level Baseline Studies, 05 formative researches and few other strategic planning assignments on a range of thematic areas including Child Protection/Rights, WASH, Birth Registration, Disaster Management and others including the cross-cutting themes. My most recent accomplishment is ‘Impact Evaluation of UNICEF supported Birth Registration Programme in Nigeria’. In deputy team lead role, I hold the honor of producing three ‘Highly Satisfactory’ Evaluations as per UNICEF’s Global Evaluation Reports Oversight System (GEROS), of which two have been ranked at 4th and 7th position among UNICEF’s Best Global 13 evaluations in 2016 and 2017. All these evaluations are available online at UNICEF's global evaluation database. My all professional work reflects complete adherence to UNEG, UNSWAP and other globally practiced standards, norms, ethics, and guidelines for undertaking research and evaluations. My other notable work includes ever first ‘Sustainability Check Study for ODF and Rural Water Supply’ in Pakistan.
