Prepared a report and set up a call with management and with CFO and review the UBR/UAR conversion report every month. Taking a One on One with respective Associates to discussed about challenges and updates and shared the feedback with them. Developing competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels; conducting interviews to recruit the right talent & resources. Mentoring, motivating & monitoring team’s performance to ensure efficiency in process operations. · Processing PO or Non-PO invoices, T&E Processing. ·People Management and conducted weekly Errors Discuss with team. · Worked on AP weekly reports and Deck. · Worked on Holds Invoices. ·Worked on Emails like escalation and errors. Providing details analysis ( RCA,5Whys,CAPA )to the Clients. Maintain Invoices under TAT. Published weekly TAT reports on the AP desk board. · Attended Client Calls and discussed updates and challenges with Clients.
