As a dedicated Software Tester, I have extensive experience in identifying, reporting, and repairing software defects/bugs. With expertise in SQL, HTML, and software testing, I specialize in working in fast-paced testing environments to review software at each stage of development and production. I am proficient in manual test case preparation, regression testing, and multitasking, which enables me to maintain well-organized and efficient testing processes. Throughout my career, I have gained significant experience in executing detailed test plans and cases, analyzing test results, and writing test reports. I have completed testing on various mobile devices, including Android and iOS, and have worked with inbound, outbound, BSG, priority desk, and resolution operator. I have worked with various teams, coordinating efforts to solve problems and improve efficiency for software testing. I have also defined, created, and controlled testing environments, ensuring successful software deliverables and keeping test cases updated with current requirements. In addition to my technical skills, I am a team player, always striving to collaborate and work efficiently with my peers. My education, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from St. John College of Engineering & Management, and certifications in Professional Software Testing Specialist (PSTS), ISTQB, NCFM (Financial Market - Beginner's Module), and NCFM (Mutual Fund- Beginner's Module), have equipped me with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the field of software testing. I am passionate about utilizing my skills and experience to contribute to a team, help companies ensure the quality and usability of their software products, and deliver exceptional results.
