I am a passionate change maker who believes that enabling people to reflect on their thoughts and actions is essential for creating positive change in the world. In the past, I have worked with a variety of stakeholders on social impact projects. Currently, I'm a part of the HR Business Partnering team for one of the advisory functions of KPMG Global Services. Prior to this role, I have worked on employee engagement initiatives in the intersection with CSR. My keen interest in people-oriented learning strategies that drive change and innovation and the desire to learn keeps me excited about a variety of roles within HR. I excel in engaging with different stakeholders by offering them support and empathy to enable their growth. I also have the ability to work in a dynamic, high demanding environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. My approachable social nature and caring attitude makes me a reliable team player and helps foster long-term relations with colleagues as well as clients. I am passionate towards holistic wellbeing practices and enjoy training others to cultivate a healthy and mindful living. A motivated, growth-driven MBA graduate who aspires to lead teams and contribute to the organisation's overall productivity. I shall continue to learn and provide inputs to the strategic business issues while implementing my skills forward and learning many more HR and L&D strategies as I move along my career.
