With over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, I am a passionate and driven professional who strives to deliver excellence in every aspect of my work. I have a postgraduate diploma in human resource management and a strong background in various industries, including product, technology, digital, media, gaming, e-commerce, and insurance. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at HCF Australia, I partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide innovative and effective workforce solutions, sourcing and managing candidates from local and global markets, implementing best practices and ensuring a superior candidate experience. I also have an in-depth understanding of manpower planning, competency mapping, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational design. I uphold the values of integrity, fairness, and respect at all times, and I use neurolinguistic programming (NLP) tools for coaching others and for my own self-development.
