As an accomplished R&D Project Manager, I excel at driving multidisciplinary projects and integrating complex systems to achieve outstanding results. My extensive experience in Project Management and R&D Matrix Management has equipped me with the skills to optimize processes, engage in strategic planning, and maintain alignment with client specifications and project objectives.In my current role at Innoviz, I lead teams of up to 20 members across three simultaneous projects, directly reporting to Vice Presidents. My responsibilities include acting as the main professional liaison throughout the project lifecycle, from initial proof of concept to final delivery. I oversee the technical aspects of Lidar mechanism development, integrating both software and hardware components to enhance system functionality and performance. Collaboration is key in my role, and I work closely with various groups, including software, electronics, architecture, mechanics, electro-optics, and systems engineering.My expertise in project planning, timeline management, and strategic direction ensures that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. I implement robust risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively. Additionally, I coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless project execution.I am passionate about New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes in line with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
