Management and business strategy, project management, content management, business analysis, business process modeling and development of information technology specialized tools. Experience acquired during 17 years as IT Project Manager, Latin America in PR Newswire and as a partner of Orbiit Business Intelligence, Aurora Documenta – Acervo, Memória e Tecnologia, and Mameluco Edições e Produções Culturais. These functions encompassed- managing all IT projects (hardware and software; support, improvement and development)- development of system for capturing online news- system integration between Brazil and the United States- scanning and indexing of more than 2 million documents- development and implementation of database to store, index and retrieve content from over half a million historical documents, including books, maps, images, and primary documents- design, development and implementation of technological tools to manage contents of the research- elaboration of proposals for compliance with the Rouanet Law and respective accounting to the Ministry of Culture. Project management activities included- the planning and control of scope, time, cost and quality- direct relationship with internal and external clients- development of schedules- resources and risk management.
