About Assel Abilova

As a management major, I am fascinated by the forces that shape our world. As such I have taken a lots of management coursework and have interned with an Italian growing business firm, contributing to the market development and work organizations. A recent graduate with Master's degree in Management of Human Resources. Through my academic and professional experience, I have demonstrated professional aptitude with use of multiple tools for recruitment and analytics, developed understanding of HR strategies, policies, as well as expertise in areas such as talent acquisition and employee engagement. My experience has taught me how to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and how to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I am committed to applying my knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of an organization and support its most valuable asset- its people I am a big believer in the Law of Attraction, hard-work and I love to read self-development and management related books and listen to inspirational podcasts.
