About Assunta Dibiase Perez

I graduated Suffolk Law School in 1991. While attending law school I co-edited a book with Professor Marc Perlman. I also testified before the Massachusetts State Legislature on the issue of the present and future needs of the children in a divorce. Since graduating Law School, for the past 25 years I have continued to represent clients in all aspects of Family Law. I also served as a Mock Trial Advisor for Hull High School for a number of years. Educated, experienced, tough and compassionate are some of the adjectives that best describe me. Not only do I have considerable experience in litigation, I am also a trained mediator and a member of Massachusetts Counsel on Family Mediation. More importantly, I am passionate about my work Having gone through a divorce myself, I share empathy with my clients, both male and female, and understand the feelings that are now part of their everyday life, including, hurt, frustration, anger, fear, concern and pain. I utilize that empathy and combine it with my training and experience to provide my clients excellent legal services that addresses their specific issues. Additionally, I am an Associate Broker, with significant experience in real estate and negotiations.
