I am an inclusive and collaborative digital leader adopting a human centred mindset in every challenge I face. I love learning new business, asking the questions to better understand what makes my customer’s tick. I will embed myself withing the team to truly understand my customer’s experience. Currently working on a major digital transformation program at the University of Queensland I am adopting a holistic approach to developing solutions to provide value to the university’s students, clients, stakeholders, and partners. Collaborating with our partners in the university to simplify complex business processes, identify new solutions to ultimately improve the customer’s experience. I have been very lucky to have the opportunity to work in many large complex organisations, leading and supporting digital transformation programs, mastering my skills in human centred design, stakeholder management, business analysis and solution design. I adopt a holistic and varied approach to capture the end-to-end journey, the front-stage and back-stage processes, the user journey experience, pain points and opportunities, all the while nurturing my stakeholder relationship to get the best outcome. I continue to grow, adapting to industry trends and advice of experts, never assuming to know or be the expert. I am at my best in a collaborative and positive team, I recognise my team’s contribution and am empathetic when they need support. Focused on bringing my customers on a journey to gain insight and explore new perspectives on their problems. What excites me most is when my customer has a light bulb moment and views a challenge in a new perspective. I have always leaned into learning new things and continuously allocate time on self-education to improve and sharpen my skills. When I am not deep in my work, I am working on my self-care activities like training for the next obsessive fitness challenge, interior design, and hanging out with my family.
