Astha is an Audit and Assurance Professional with over 10 years of experience in the Financial services space. She Has strong capabilities in leading and managing service delivery across various audit/advisory engagements including project scoping and staffing for local and international engagements, managing day to day operations, providing oversight to the teams and managing client relationships. She has a strong foundation and working knowledge of frameworks and methodologies complying with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), Control Objectives for Information Technology (COBIT) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). She also has hands-on practical experience in applying the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Attestation Standards to express an opinion on fairness of presentation of description and suitability of the design of the controls to achieve the control objectives for SSAE18 / SOC2 and SOC1 readiness and reporting audits, SOX404 readiness and compliance testing.
