As a Customer Advisor at Concentrix, I assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner via phone, chat, or email. I communicate effectively with customers and analyze their problems thoroughly to provide the best solutions. I also assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads, Supervisors, or other Advisors from different teams or regions. I have over four years of experience in the e-commerce industry, where I worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst Delivery Support at Shopee. I handled complaints and inquiries tickets from buyers through various channels and platforms, and made outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction. I also communicated internally with the logistics operations team and made final decisions to solve buyers' complaints within the SLA. I managed claims of lost and damaged parcels from the logistics partners and contributed to the improvement of the delivery process and service quality. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka Jakarta, where I learned and developed skills in communication, media, and research. I am proficient in Salesforce Lightning, a CRM platform that I use daily to manage customer interactions and data. I am also skilled in problem-solving, time management, and teamwork, which enable me to handle multiple priorities and challenges with a positive attitude.
