DIRECTING MARTA SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS DURING SUPER BOWL IN 2019, leading thousands of personnel responsible for crime prevention and response to achieve a nearly crime-free Super Bowl. IMPLEMENTING A BUS SURVEILLANCE SOLUTION FOR MARTA THAT RESULTED IN 50% REDUCTION OF PART 1 CRIMES throughout the entire metropolitan Atlanta transit system. MANAGING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) THROUGHOUT THE MARTA AUTHORITY, which enabled target hardening measures and countermeasures. ALIGNING LA METRO’S AUTHORITY-WIDE EMERGENCY RESPONSE POLICIES AND PROCESSES TO HOMELAND SECURITY STANDARDS by establishing emergency preparedness programs.
