Strategic, resilient, and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in quality assurance, process optimization, procurement, and strategic planning.I started my career in Venezuela, where I had the opportunity to lead diverse roles across finance, procurement, and commercial strategy. Working in a dynamic and challenging environment shaped my ability to be resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented — qualities that have been key throughout my professional journey.After relocating to the U.S, I continued to evolve professionally, contributing to organizations in the financial services and automotive industries. Currently, I work at Porsche Latin America as a Quality Coach, where I lead strategic coaching, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives that directly impact customer experience across LATAM markets.I am currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Commercial Planning, and have completed certifications in Business Model Design, Innovation & Transformation (Feb 2025) and Executive Leadership (Apr 2024).
