With over six years of experience in the FMCG, beauty and fashion industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented Digital Retention Specialist at Webloyalty, a leading online rewards platform. ‍ In my current role, I lead digital marketing projects along different touchpoints, such as email campaigns, website optimization, chatbot deployment, landing pages, and displays.
