About Astrid Rose

Passionate about a new journey at the ELJA Foundation, using venture philanthropy to help youngsters find their passion through music, dance and visual arts, facilitating them in learning new skills, connecting more and eventually changing their future for the better. My goal is to add value wherever I am. I loved doing this at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, always looking for the best way to communicate the mission and values. Connecting with audiences and finding new ways to tell the stories of talented students. Very result-driven, so setting up ambitious plans and executing them even better is what I go for. But first and foremost, it is about the people. What we achieve, we achieve TOGETHER. Getting teams lined up and fired up about reaching set goals, then working with the whole organization to achieve and go beyond those goals: always hands-on, always looking for new possibilities, for the 'what MORE can we do'. But wait, there's more. I am passionate about helping individuals and brands effectively connect to their audiences with authentic and passionate stories. I love listening to your (brand)stories, to then assist and guide you to effectively present your story and ensure a lasting connection with your audience.
