Media, Marketing, and Digital Business expert with 20+ years of experience in the industry and 5 years as the VP of Marketing Solutions at Lazada Group, one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia. During my tenure in Lazada, I led the growth and innovation of the business, generating revenue from digital advertising solutions for brands and marketplace sellers, while managing and mentoring a diverse and high-performing team of 28 people. I have a strong passion and expertise for leveraging data and technology to create meaningful connections between brands/sellers and consumers. I successfully implemented cutting-edge solutions, such as AI, data analytics, and CRM, to optimize the performance and efficiency of brands’ and sellers’ campaign and also Lazada Marketing Solutions product marketing. I also built and maintained strong partnerships with various stakeholders, such as media agencies, advertisers ( both Brands and Marketplace Sellers ), to provide tailored and value-added solutions that met their needs and expectations.
