About Astrid Weinmann

I am in part-time employment and open to help you change your attitudes you as a coach on my days away from work.As an accountant, I enjoy financial control best, although I have built a positive reputation for budget holder training and change management. I worked in small and large organisations and tended to cover more than one role within those organisations. My attention to the organisation is not dependent on its size: I was Deputy Director of Finance for a £600m organisation, but also looked after the finances of the local brownie group in a professional manner.As a coach, my questions guide you to break blockages in your thought processes, with seriousness and with laughter! As an independent examiner, I enjoy building up your financial skills and understanding as part of the process. As a trainer, I like assessing the needs of the group and allow them to experience that finance can be fun. As a social worker, I specialised in high risk hospital discharges and end of life situations. As a youth worker, I enjoyed preventative community work, also introducing children to singing, theatre and dance. My applied research related to prevention of voice disorders in professional voice users and the transfer of prison healthcare finance. My MSc in Coaching related to the coaching intervention when dealing with discrepancies, research which turned out to concern itself with coaching etiquette.I adhere to the code of ethics of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the International Coach Federation.
