Organize and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Scrum ceremonies. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle Involved in PI planning report out, capacity planning meeting, feature plan and grooming; maintenance in rally, TDR-C/D/E closure. Act as servant leader, enabling the team to self-organize and work efficiently. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables. Remove blockers to help the development team meet sprint goals and Definition of Done (DoD). Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvements. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation-of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Liaise between Product Owner and Development Team to mange the product backlog effectively. Identify and track project risks, issues and dependencies with timely mitigation plans. Promote collaborations across cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery Support Product Owner with backlog grooming, user story refinement and prioritization Guide the team in estimation, velocity tracking and sprint commitments.
