With over 10 years of work experience in the banking industry, I am a seasoned and passionate Vice President in Preferred Business Solutions Strategy, Planning, & Enablement at Bank of America. I have a strong background in finance, team and project management, and customer service. These skills enable me to provide sound and ethical advice to my partners, clients, and stakeholders. My mission is to simplify the way consumers bank and make banking more efficient for everyone as they achieve their most important life goals. I value strategic planning, innovation, and effective communication, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team and the organization. I have influenced multiple lines of businesses in Preferred Banking, Consumer Lending, Consumer Investments and Preferred Business in a local market and national scale. In my current role, I am part of a strategy team who engage with the Preferred Business organization. As a member of this team, I am fulfilling projects that influence the growth of the organization in a responsible manner within our risk framework. I leverage my communication, analytical, and time management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, identify opportunities and challenges within each market, and implement solutions that enhance team efficiency along with customer satisfaction and loyalty.
