I worked with Siemens Gamesa in the Offshore Equipments team as Mechanical Engineer from March 2021 till April 2023 My job profile comprises of providing solutions towards the transportation,storage and lifting of tower sections, platforms in adherence with EN, ASME,DNV standards. I was fully involved and developed solution towards Lifting of Component weighing 600 tonnes, which is a novel concept in SGRE with a 3 leg lifting Frame. Led the complete design activities alongside performing analytical calculations for preliminary validation of structures. My job profile also had documentation of all the relevant activities, ECN releases, Concept Development, DFMEA, DRA & DoC preparation, Material creation, Design Reviews. I worked with Unified Engineering Solutions (a subsidiary of United Engineering Solutions GmbH) from August 2019 to February 2021 as CAD Engineer. My work mainly focuses into Development of Support Structures that can carry heavy duty cargos which comprises of Jackets, Monopile, Transition Piece etc that are related to offshore wind farms. Production drawings of the support structures along with weld specification and Bill of materials are generated. The CAD package used are Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Apart from my daily schedule of work, I was successful in developing an illogic code(coding in Autodesk Inventor) which could read the stock size of the components to be manufactured which in turn reduces the time required in preparation of drawings and also errors associated with parts list. I could also provide a proposal for a connecting mechanism between the crane and the cargos to be lifted (especially in remote location) thereby reducing time and human effort. I was working with Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive Division (in payroll of Greeva Software Solutions) from January 2019 to July 2019 as CAD Engineer in Chassis and Suspension system. I have been working on Development of Chassis and Spare Wheel Carrier for the Mini Truck Segment. In addition I have also prepared the fabrication drawings and the BOM with all the necessary details. The software used was CATIA V5. I worked with Kay Gee Technologies as Design Engineer from January 2017 to January 2019 on New Generation Cabin designs using CATIA (BIW). I worked in the area of Automotive Product Design and Development. I have been working as faculty in the field of mechanical engineering for 3 years (2013 to 2016) providing guidance to software related projects, providing training classes on softwares and also guiding industry relevant projects.
