About Aswin Prabhakaran

As a data scientist with a postgraduate degree in artificial intelligence and machine learning, I have a passion for solving real-world problems using the power of data. I have experience in designing and developing data products and solutions for various domains, such as healthcare, automobile, and chatbots. Most recently, I worked as a Senior Data scientist at Datakalp, where I prototyped and deployed several computer vision based AI products, such as a video resolution enhancer, an object detection service, and a natural language interface for querying relational databases. I also developed test suites, automated scripts, and CI/CD pipelines to improve system reliability, efficiency, and cost savings. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in production environments. I also guided juniors and interns along their journey. I am skilled in data acquisition, ingestion, labeling, analysis, visualization, and modeling, using various tools and frameworks, such as Rasa Platform, K-Nearest Neighbors, TensorFlow, Python, and AWS/GCP. I am adept at translating business problems to data science problems, and applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to create innovative and impactful solutions. I am looking for full-time roles where I can leverage my data science skills and domain expertise to create revolutions in the industry and push the boundaries of data science.
