Seven years in FMCG have taught me one thing — brands don’t just grow from ads or activations; they grow from the thousand small decisions made every day between strategy and the shelf. I started my career in sales with ITC, learning the fundamentals of markets, customers, and execution — how distribution drives visibility and how visibility drives growth. Those years built my commercial instinct and taught me the rhythm of the market. Over time, my curiosity shifted from “how to sell more” to “how brands earn trust.” That curiosity led me into trade marketing — first at M.H. Enterprises, and now at Al Seer Group — where I manage the American Garden portfolio (AED 100 M). Here, I work at the intersection of data and creativity: using Nielsen and sell-out insights to shape channel plans, design promotions, and launch new products that actually move off shelves. I love connecting numbers to narratives — finding the story in the data, translating shopper behavior into brand action, and turning insights into execution that matters. Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into the world of brand building — studying how great brands balance consistency with evolution, and how they stay loved in competitive, price-driven markets. My long-term goal is to grow into brand management, carrying forward the commercial grounding that’s shaped my perspective on marketing.
