Broad experience in the healthcare and technology space, particularly building and improving products that collect operational data for client and case management, vendor data management, supplemental clinical data for STARS and HEDIS, and many projects around general operational excellence. My success as a PM is grounded in my ability to rapidly build a deep understanding of user goals and pain points. I believe that user empathy is critical to successfully implementing an agile approach and delivering meaningful incremental value.
