Throughout my career I had been into unlikely career that I surpass with flying colors. from roll sleeve position as a site supervisor up till acting c- level position give me a wide angle on projection any plan especially on operation wise. based on my experience; I can successfully create from scratch, scale, and optimize production line to achieve company vision and goals- Planning, Managing and Executing 31 projects on my own hands including residential and commercial type- Projecting, Managing and Monitoring 25 projects (and counting) under my surveillance with contractual value of 4.5mil per annum- Relook, Re-write and Re-Arrange the right method or flows to ensure efficiency of team performances based on reports, stats and communication- Manage to discover and recover unforeseen incurring cost in relation to revenues which saved up to 41%.
