I am an experienced software engineer with over 13 years of expertise in designing and implementing e-commerce systems. I hold a Master of Science in Computer Systems and Technologies from the Technical University and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the retail and automotive sectors. Currently, I lead teams at one of the largest technology companies in Bulgaria, driving the development of innovative solutions to optimize e-store management and enhance customer experiences. Additionally, I collaborate with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) on projects focused on migrating and optimizing databases that preserve Bulgaria’s cultural heritage. These systems, which are no longer supported, are revitalized to ensure their longevity and accessibility for future generations. My professional focus includes process automation, seamless integration of business systems, and the creation of effective customer service strategies, ensuring measurable results and business growth.
