I am a dynamic and results-oriented Production manger and Process manufacturing engineer Manager bringing along 13 years of experience in managing entire plant operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources-> I am adroit in appraising the prevalent production systems or processes, identifying loopholes through through understanding and data analysis and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same. Also, I am skillful in handling operations through advance controlling system as well as resolving bottlenecks. I lead continuous improvement and validating the changes. I lead New product trial and launch in Process area-> Moreover, I am competent in preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same and developing new process concepts for production optimization, quality adherence, yield improvement, etc. I am skilled at planning and implementing shutdown to ensure vertical start up without any glitch reliability as well as conducting internal audit on I am also deft at implementing various techniques for quality improvement, cycle time, cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting tests, and implementation-> Furthermore, I am adept at identifying scope for planning and implementing technological changes to enhance efficiency; modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, etc. for reducing conversion cost per unit produced. Also, I am an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills along with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities with a flexible & detail oriented attitude.
