I am an experienced account manager in the hospitality and travel industry, currently working at Agoda Japan. After a team reorganization, I transitioned to a new team where I am responsible for dedicated account management of 30 mid-sized hotels. My main focus is on driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies through proactive sales proposals and advertising solutions. In addition to my individual portfolio, I collaborate with a four-member team to manage approximately 150 hotel accounts, ensuring each property receives tailored support. On a daily basis, I conduct more than 11 sales pitches and web meetings, balancing both sales activities and operational support such as resolving booking issues and troubleshooting system errors. My background includes experience in business development, field sales, and HR, as well as international exposure from studying and working in multicultural environments. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies and teamwork to deliver value to partners and drive business success. I am always eager to take on new challenges and further develop my skills in account management, sales, and the travel industry.
