About Atharv Joshi

Currently in my 3rd Year of MBBS from Medical College Baroda, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara I am deeply passionate about Public Health, Healthcare Management and the Entrepreneurial aspects of Healthcare. To work towards my passion for contributing to the Community, I have conducted around 10 public health campaigns targeting over 500 people locally in my city particularly the population of Lower Socio-Economic Strate. I have worked and assisted on various levels in the awareness campaigns from volunteering to creation and implementation of campaigns at a National Level. I am a part of several NGOs which have different objectives. I find it satisfying to share the knowledge I have procured to the neglected population around me. I wish to contribute more effective and valuable inputs to the Healthcare Sector of not just my country but around the World. For the Management side of my passion, I had the opportunity to be the Licensee and Chief Organizer of our University TEDx Event, TEDxTheMSUniversityBaroda 2019. I had handled several work domains in this tenure of mine including Marketing, Social Media Management, Curating and Content Creation. This has been a significant part of my College Life as it gave me an insight into what I wish to do further in my life I am currently exploring Marketing and Communications and Social Media Management through my ongoing internship In the field of sports, I am a FIDE International Rated Chess Player. I have played and competed at multiple levels including District, State and National Levels. I have completed several Quarter-Marathons( winning a consolation prize in one) and Triathlons
