I’m a Production Engineer currently working at Fligen Systems Pvt. Ltd, where I lead and manage end-to-end VTOL drone production, from raw materials to final UAV assembly. My work spans ISO 9001:2015 compliance, SOP implementation, team supervision, and collaboration with R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and quality at scale. I hold a B.E. in Production Engineering from AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune, and have a strong foundation in aerospace manufacturing, operations, and strategic planning. I’ve successfully driven the company’s first ISO audit, authored the internal Quality Manual, and contributed to certification processes for UAV systems — all while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. My key strengths include UAV integration, workflow optimization, leadership, and the ability to align production with long-term business goals. I’m passionate about building India’s future in defence tech, drone systems, and innovation-driven manufacturing.
