I’m a strategically minded Project Manager with 7+ years of experience delivering business and IT initiatives — and a deep curiosity for how people, processes, and technology come together to drive lasting value. In my current role as a Scrum Master within the Wealth Advice business, I lead agile ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and manage our Jira environment to enable transparency and focus. Previously, I delivered large-scale technology projects (>$3MM budgets), from business case development through to end-to-end execution — consistently meeting compliance, risk, and stakeholder expectations with 100% project alignment. I bring a strong technical foundation (BSc in Computer Science & Statistics, PMP/CSM/CSPO/SAFe certified) and a mindset that balances structure with adaptability — pairing waterfall experience with a strong respect for agile principles and user-centered delivery. What’s next? I’m continuously investing in my growth with an eye toward long-term opportunities in product-focused environments, especially at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and design. I’ve completed BrainStation’s Product Management program and the Google Data Analytics Certificate, and I’m currently pursuing certifications in Salesforce, Azure, and UX. Outside of work, I also have a strong personal interest in industries like retail and lifestyle, where customer experience and digital transformation are reshaping how brands deliver value. Over time, I’m looking to align my work with these passions — always through the lens of thoughtful strategy, delivery, and business impact. Whether I’m managing delivery or enabling teams, I lead with thoughtfulness, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit — and I enjoy connecting with others who approach their work with the same energy.
