About Atheeth Sishtla

With over 17 years of experience in global technical services, enterprise customer success, and cloud strategy, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and scale impactful engineering teams at organizations like Amazon Web Services and Cisco. My work has spanned the development of GenAI-powered support frameworks, launching multimillion-dollar support offerings, and driving enterprise-wide transformation through technical innovation. I bring a deep focus on operational rigor, customer centricity, and innovation at scale.Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about learning—be it through reading or listening to podcasts focused on technology and trends shaping our industry. I also find fulfillment in mentoring fellow professionals through platforms like Topmate, offering guidance on career and technical decision-making. I lead with a servant leadership approach—fostering a culture of empowerment, clearing roadblocks for my teams, and anchoring decisions in data and ground-level feedback. For me, leadership is about creating harmony between customer success and team growth—and building sustainable, scalable impact from the inside out.
