I am a Coding Certificate student at the University of California, Berkeley, where I am learning the skills and tools to create and maintain databases, websites, and applications. I am passionate about using technology to improve the lives and well-being of others, especially in the mental health field. As an Intake Coordinator at Norcal Behavioral Health, I support the mental health needs of diverse clients and communities. I collaborate with clinicians, insurance companies, and referral sources to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process. I have developed strong, active listening, attention to detail, and customer success skills through this role. In addition, I run my own custom art and design business, where I specialize in logo design, attire printing, stickers, and other creative products. I use my psychology degree and customer service skills to understand the needs and preferences of my clients and deliver high-quality and personalized solutions. I enjoy learning and growing in different fields and taking on leadership roles and challenges.
